Peter advised the private sector consortium on its successful bid to State of Queensland for concession to finance, construct and operate the Airport Link project.

Sunshine Coast University Hospital PPP
Peter advised on contract administration issues arising post financial close of the Sunshine Coast University Public Hospital PPP between Qld Health and Exemplar Health.
Gold Coast
Light Rail
Peter advised Government in relation to the Gold Coast Light Rail PPP project since its commencement in 2007. Advised on delivery options, potential legislative amendments and procurement issues during the business case phase for Stages 1, 2 and 3. Lead the external legal team in the development of the RFP documents and the interaction with bidders for the procurement of each stage of the project.

Peter advised Government regarding the business case and procurement phases of the Queen’s Wharf development in the George Street precinct in CBD Brisbane.

Peter advised the private sector consortium in relation to its successful bid to the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority for concession to finance, construct and operate the Tunnel and Station Development project.

Peter advised the Government during the business case, EOI and RFP phases for the procurement of the design, construction and operation of 10 schools in Queensland as a Public Private Partnership.
